Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with a lovely bed and high-quality amenities. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from shops, dining spots, and the beautiful seaside. While the dining experience had its ups and downs, the overall value for money was great.
The hotel is wonderfully located by the river Tay, making it ideal for exploring the surrounding area with excellent transport links. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, but a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch. The service provided made us feel like regulars, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing us to have breakfast after hours. The dining options were good, though having coffee/tea pots on the tables would have been a welcome addition. The facilities are well-maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is a nice little place to explore Angus and the surrounding area. The beds were really comfy, making it nice to get your head down, but there was some noise from neighboring rooms. The service staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was fantastic. However, the check out time felt a bit early for a bug lad like me.
The hotel rooms, just above the pub, were spotless and very modern, offering a very reasonable price for a short stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, kind, and friendly, going above and beyond for us, even accommodating special requests. The location, ideal for a golf weekend, offered good transport links and easy access to local amenities. The dining experience was amazing, with attentive and respectful staff ensuring a 5-star service. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our overall stay.
Staying just above the pub was a pleasant experience with clean and warm rooms, delicious food, and excellent service. The only drawback was having to navigate two flights of stairs, though the staff kindly assisted with luggage.
